Change Membership Plan

This is an overview of how to make changes to your membership plan, including switching billing plans and adjusting user seats.

Accessing Your Membership Plan

To manage your plan:

  1. Click your Profile icon (lower left of the app)

  2. Select Member Account

  3. Click View Membership Plans

  4. Select Modify Plan


Updating Your Plan

Within Modify Plan, you can:

  • Switch between monthly and annual billing

  • Increase or decrease the number of user seats

  • View updated pricing based on your selections

All changes are reflected in real time in your order summary before confirmation.


Confirming Plan Changes

To apply updates:

  1. Review the updated plan details and pricing

  2. Click Proceed

  3. Review the Order Summary

  4. Confirm your payment method and billing details

  5. Click Pay Now to finalize changes


Billing Behavior

Monthly Plans

  • Increasing seats or upgrading plan

    • The price difference is prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle

    • Updated pricing takes full effect in the next billing cycle

  • Reducing seats

    • No refunds or credits are issued for the current billing cycle

    • The reduced seat count and pricing take effect in the next billing cycle


Annual Plans

  • No refunds are issued for the current annual billing cycle after payment

  • Increasing seats

    • You will be charged a prorated annual amount for the additional seats based on the remaining term

    • Updated pricing takes full effect in the next annual billing cycle

  • Reducing seats

    • No refunds or credits are issued for the current annual term

    • The reduced seat count and pricing take effect in the next annual billing cycle


Switching to an Annual Plan

  • The annual plan is charged upfront

  • The annual term begins after your current billing cycle ends


Pricing Transparency

  • All pricing changes are displayed in the order summary before payment

  • You must confirm the update before any charges are applied


Important Notes

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • Plan changes only take effect after you confirm the updated order
