Adding or Updating your Payment Methods

This is an overview on how to add or update your credit card payment method for your Membership Plan.

Navigating to Payment Methods

Profile Access

To manage your payment methods, click on the 'View Profile' button located in the lower left of the dashboard.

Payment Methods Section

In your profile, select 'Payment Methods' to view and manage your credit card payment methods.


Adding a New Credit Card

Initiating Card Addition

Click the 'Add Card' button to add a new credit card.

Entering Card Details

Input your cardholder name, card number, expiration date, and CVC/CVV code.

Setting as Default Payment Method

You have the option to make this new card your default payment method.

Confirming New Card

After entering the details and choosing to mark it as the default card, click the 'Add Card' button.

The newly added card will now become your default credit card for Membership payments.


Managing Existing Payment Methods

Updating Card Information

On the Payment Methods page, you can update your card information, including changing a card to your default or deleting a card.

Changing Default Payment Method

Click the icon next to a payment method to make changes, such as setting a card as the default or updating card details.


Billing Cycle and Payment Charges

Automatic Charges

As summarized on the Membership Plan page, your default payment method will be automatically charged at the end of each billing cycle. This applies to both Monthly Plans and Annual Plans.


Secure Payment Processing

The automated payments and storing of your credit card details for your membership are processed securely through Stripe.
