Inviting Team Users to your Membership Plan

This is an overview of how to invite team users to your membership plan.

For teams utilizing our AI News and Intel application, inviting additional team members to your membership plan enhances collaborative research and intelligence gathering. This guide will walk you through the process of inviting new users and managing invitations.


Accessing User Management

Profile Access

Click on the 'View Profile' button in the lower-left corner of the dashboard.

Users Menu

Click on the 'Users' menu link to manage and invite team users.


Inviting Team Users

Checking Available Seats

Go to the Users page, where the number of available user seats is displayed. The account owner will be listed first.

If you need to add user seats to your account, go to your Membership Plan, add the necessary number of users, and then return to the Users page to invite them.

Initiating an Invitation

To invite additional users, click the 'Invite User' button in the upper right.

Entering User Details

You'll be prompted to enter the name and email address of the person you are inviting.

Sending the Invitation

Click 'Send Invite' to email the invitation, which includes login details.


Onboarding New Users

After accepting the invitation and logging in, new users will be prompted to enter their brief profile preferences. They will then gain immediate access to their dashboard.


Managing User Status and Access

User Status

The status of each individual on the Users page will change from 'Invited' to 'Joined' once they accept the invite and log in.

Removing Users

If necessary, you can remove a user by clicking the delete icon next to their username on the Users page.


Adding Additional User Seats

Increasing Seats:

If you require more user seats, visit the Membership Plan page and adjust the number using the plus (+) or minus (-) icons based on your team's needs

Confirming Seat Adjustments:

After selecting the desired number of seats, you will be prompted to confirm the change. Subsequently, you can return to the Users screen to invite the newly added users.
