Change Your Password (Logged In)
To update your password from within your account:
Click your Profile icon (lower left of the app)
Select Member Account
Click Change Password
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Confirm the new password
Reset Your Password (Locked Out)
If you cannot log in:
On the login screen, click Forgot Password
Enter the email address associated with your account
Click Send Link
You will receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.
Complete Password Reset
Open the email and click the reset link
Enter and confirm your new password
Log in using your updated credentials
Important Notes
Use the email address associated with your membership account
Password reset links are time-sensitive and expire after a period
If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder
